The Story
Oscar occasionally takes on illustration commissions for brands he admires, working the same way he does for every piece — pencil first, then ink, entirely by hand. This one was created for Rocket Espresso Milano: a line-up of their espresso machines and grinder, drawn beneath their own hand-lettered line, “The finest espresso machines.”
Unlike the storybook prints in Oscar’s main catalog, this piece carries no invented tale — it’s a straightforward commissioned illustration, offered here as an open edition print in the same sizes and materials as the rest of his work.
